Key ingredients for cleansing
Protease- Targets a protein found in sweat, grass, dairy products and coffee, breaking it down to lift stains from fabric.
Amylase- Breaks down starch stains caused by many foods.
Pectate Lyase- Targets pectin stains found in fruit, vegetables and some cosmetics.
Mannanase- Removes sticky stains like guar and locust gum found in foods and cosmetics such as toothpaste and lotions.
Lipase- Breaks down fats and oils from greasy food stains that can be slow to disappear.
Cellulase- Targets and cuts down fibres that trap dirt particles to help keep colours alive.
