These beautiful bowls are foodsafe, We recommend always hand washing in warm soapy water and drying with a tea towel. If the timber is looking a little dry you can also add a layer of olive oil or coconut oil to freshen it up, keeping in mind that timber can have some ‘flavor memory’.
